Returns Information

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee provided the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.. Please note that any/all costs incurred through shipping are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are also not refundable. When returning items, you can choose to use our courier or a courier of your choice, providing adequate insurance is given. We will refund you as soon as your products are back with us and confirmed as being in perfect condition.

After the 7-day money back period, products that are unsuitable cannot be returned to us. If we agree that a product can be returned. All delivery and return costs will be incurred by you, and we can either offer a full refund for the cost of products minus 10%, or we can offer a credit note for the full value of goods.

Cancellations

If an order is cancelled after goods have been handed to our couriers for delivery, we will refund the cost of goods in full but you will be charged the delivery fee plus 50% for the return delivery of the goods to our warehouse. This will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Damages

We check everything thoroughly before despatch and our delivery drivers are really careful. We also ask that you check your goodies on delivery and CONTACT US WHILST THE DELIVERY DRIVER IS WITH YOU IF YOU SPOT ANY BREAKAGES before signing the delivery note that the driver will ask you to sign. This way the item can be returned immediately with the driver, without incurring an additional collection charge.
